Our client is a leading insurance company with a strong presence across India. Through its strategic partnership with Bank, the organization is expanding its Banca Channel and is looking for energetic sales professionals who can build relationships, drive insurance sales, and deliver exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

- Drive insurance sales through assigned Bank branches.
- Build strong relationships with Branch Managers, Relationship Managers, and bank staff.
- Generate business through customer interactions and bank referrals.
- Understand customer insurance needs and recommend suitable products.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Conduct customer awareness programs and lead generation activities within bank branches.
- Stay updated on insurance products, market trends, and competitor offerings.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 08 years of experience in Banca Sales, Insurance Sales, Banking Sales, or Financial Services.
- Experience in Life Insurance or General Insurance will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills.
- Self-driven,



target-oriented, and customer-focused.
- Willingness to travel across assigned HDFC Bank branches within Chandigarh.
