Key Roles & Responsibilities:

· Coordinate daily sales operations in achieving business targets.

· Prepare and maintain client databases, sales MIS, and performance reports.

· Assist in the processing of mutual fund, account opening, KYC documentation, and client onboarding.

· Coordinate with operations, compliance, and back-office teams for timely execution of client requests.

· Support sales campaigns and promotional activities.

· Acquire new clients through referrals, branch leads, digital leads, and business development activities.

· Build and maintain long-term relationships with retail, HNI, and corporate clients.

· Resolve client queries and coordinate with operations for seamless service.

· Conduct investor awareness sessions and client meetings.

· Maintain complete records of client interactions and business activities on daily basis.

· Achieve monthly targets.

· Understand clients' financial goals and recommend suitable investment solutions.

Ideal Candidate

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.




- 1–3 years of experience in financial services, stock broking, mutual funds, banking, or wealth management. Fresh graduates with solid communication skills and an interest in financial markets may also be considered.
- Knowledge of KYC documentation, account opening procedures, and client onboarding processes.
- Ability to acquire new clients through referrals, branch leads, digital channels, and business development activities.
- Customer-focused with excellent problem-solving and client servicing abilities.
- Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, CRM systems, and preparing MIS reports.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as in a team.

Preferred Qualifications

- NISM Series V-A (Mutual Fund Distributors) certification is mandatory.
- Experience in a stock broking, mutual fund distribution.
- Fluency in English and the local language is desirable.
