Job Summary The Relationship Manager – Home Loan Sales (DSA) will be responsible for driving home loan sales through a network of Direct Sales Agents (DSAs). The role involves supporting DSAs in achieving sales targets, identifying new business opportunities, ensuring a smooth loan process, and providing ongoing guidance and training to improve DSA performance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Business Development

- Achieve home loan sales targets through a network of DSAs.
- Identify and onboard new DSAs.
- Generate leads and convert them into home loan sales.
- Guide DSAs on sales pitches and techniques.

2. Customer Relationship Management

- Build strong relationships with potential home loan customers.
- Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the loan process.
- Address customer queries and concerns.
- Coordinate with processing teams for loan approval and disbursement.

3. Loan Process Management

- Support DSAs with required documentation.
- Ensure applications are complete, accurate, and compliant.
- Coordinate with credit teams for timely approvals and disbursements.

4. Market Knowledge





- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions.
- Share market insights and identify recent business opportunities.

5. Reporting & Compliance

- Track and report sales performance of DSAs and the overall team.
- Ensure DSA activities comply with regulations and company policies.
- Maintain customer data and sales records in CRM systems.

Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Graduate in any discipline; finance, sales, or marketing background preferred.
- Experience: 2–3 years in home loan sales or financial product sales .
- Prior experience managing DSAs or sales teams is an advantage.
