Role & responsibilities:

Candidate must have experience in Builder Channel and Builder Tie-ups.

- Generate Home Loan business through builder/developer tie-ups.
- Build and maintain relationships with builders and their sales teams.
- Source leads from builder projects and ensure target achievement.
- Coordinate for project approvals with internal teams (Credit, Legal, Technical, Operations, etc.).
- Conduct site visits and builder engagement activities.
- Cross-sell products like Insurance, CASA, and Credit Cards.
- Provide end-to-end support to customers from application to disbursement.
- Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.

Preferred candidate profile:

- Local candidates preferred.
- 2 to 7 years of experience in Home Loans/Housing Finance/Mortgage sales.
- Experience in Builder Channel preferred.
- Positive communication and relationship management skills.
- Age: 24 to 34 years.
- Graduate / Post Graduate.
