Role Description The Relationship Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for managing and strengthening client relationships for Get Any Language’s translation services. Day-to-day tasks include serving as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their translation needs, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate project delivery.

The role involves handling client queries, preparing and presenting service proposals, tracking project progress, and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.

The Relationship





Manager will also support account growth by identifying opportunities for additional services, maintaining detailed records of interactions, and contributing to continuous improvement of client service processes.

Qualifications

- Strong client relationship management and customer service skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term partnerships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously.
- Basic understanding of translation or language services, or willingness to learn industry-specific concepts.
- Proficiency in common office and CRM tools, with comfort using digital communication platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in account management, sales support, or client-facing roles is preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
