Roles and Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to increase sales of banking products such as gold loans, insurance, NBFCs, and other financial services.

- Identify recent business opportunities through cross-selling and upselling of bank's products to existing customers.

- Conduct field visits to meet with potential clients and promote bank's offerings in the area.

- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market.

Job Requirements :

- 0-16 years of experience in bancassurance, BFSI sales or related fields like agency or direct sales.

- Strong understanding of banking products such as gold loans, insurance, NBFCs etc. .

- Excellent marketing skills with ability to develop effective promotional strategies for various channels (direct/field).

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets through cross-selling/upselling techniques.
