Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential business banking clients through various channels, including networking, referrals, and cold calling

- Conduct thorough financial analysis and risk assessment of potential clients to determine their creditworthiness and eligibility for business loans.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing business banking clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention

- Collaborate with internal teams, such as credit and operations, to ensure timely and efficient processing of loan applications and disbursements

- Stay updated on market trends and competition in the business banking sector to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.





- Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and profitability of the business banking portfolio

Requirements

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in business banking, sales, or a related field

Strong understanding of financial products and services, particularly in the business lending space

Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Knowledge of the local market and competition in the business banking sector

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
