- Generate leads and acquire new customers for loan products.

- Understand customer financial requirements and suggest suitable loan products.

- Handle customer enquiries and maintain robust customer relationships.

- Follow up with leads and ensure timely conversion.

- Coordinate with internal teams for loan processing and documentation.

- Achieve monthly sales and business targets.

- Conduct field visits and meet prospective customers when required.

- Maintain regular follow-up with existing and potential customers.

- Candidate Requirements

- Any Graduate / equivalent qualification.

- 1–3 years of experience in banking, NBFC, loan sales, financial services, or field sales preferred.

- Freshers with good communication and sales skills may also apply.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Telugu communication is preferred.

- Should be target-oriented and willing to work in the field.

- Candidates from Rajahmundry/Rajahamahendravaram and nearby locations are preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
