Role Description The Relationship Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Panvel, responsible for managing and growing client relationships across residential, commercial, and industrial projects. This position involves serving as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their scaffolding and formwork requirements, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services.

The Relationship

Manager will handle client inquiries, prepare and follow up on proposals and quotations, support contract negotiations, and monitor project progress to ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to safety and quality standards. Daily activities include maintaining CRM records,



conducting regular client visits, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and gathering feedback to help improve services. The role also requires close collaboration with operations, sales, and technical teams to resolve issues promptly and support long-term strategic relationships.

Qualifications

- Client relationship and account management skills, including stakeholder communication and customer service.
- Basic sales, negotiation, and business development capabilities, with the ability to identify and pursue new opportunities.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and follow-up skills to manage multiple projects and client requirements simultaneously.
- Ability to understand technical aspects of scaffolding, construction workflows, and safety practices (prior experience in construction or industrial equipment is an advantage).
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in local/regional languages is beneficial.
- Comfort working in office, conducting client visits, and collaborating closely with operations and field teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, construction management, or a related field preferred; relevant experience may substitute formal education.
- Proficiency in basic office software and CRM tools; ability to prepare reports, proposals, and documentation accurately.
- Demonstrated problem-solving mindset, integrity, and commitment to safety and quality in client interactions.
