We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Relationship Associate – Sales to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new customers, promoting financial products, maintaining client relationships, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads through calls, referrals, and other sales activities.

- Acquire current clients for Demat Accounts, Mutual Funds, Insurance, and other financial products.

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable investment solutions.

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.

- Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into business.

- Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.

- Stay updated on financial products, market trends, and company offerings.

Eligibility

- Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory).

- Freshers with excellent communication skills can apply.

- 0–2 years of experience in Sales, Banking, Insurance, Financial Services,



or Customer Relationship Management.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Target-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
