Qualification

- B.Pharm or D.Pharm from a recognized institution.

- Valid State Pharmacy Council Registration (Mandatory).

- 1–3 years of hospital pharmacy experience (Freshers may apply).

Key Responsibilities

- Review prescriptions and dispense medicines accurately as prescribed.

- Verify dosage, strength, route, frequency, and drug interactions.

- Counsel patients on medication use, precautions, storage, and side effects.

- Maintain adequate stock, monitor expiry dates, and ensure proper storage.

- Maintain pharmacy registers, records, and statutory documentation.

- Handle narcotic/controlled drug records as per regulations.

- Coordinate with purchase, stores, nursing, and medical teams.

- Participate in stock verification, inventory audits, and quality initiatives.

- Report medication errors, ADRs, and near-miss incidents.





- Follow infection control, patient safety, NABH, and hospital policies.

- Perform other duties assigned by the Pharmacy Manager/Management.

Required Skills

- Sound knowledge of pharmacology and medicines.

- Knowledge of hospital pharmacy operations and inventory management.

- Familiarity with pharmacy billing/HIS software and MS Excel.

- Positive communication and patient counselling skills.

- Ability to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
