Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage a team of technical professionals to deliver high-quality technical services to clients across multiple regions.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and internal teams.

- Provide expert advice on techno-commercial aspects of projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

- Oversee the development of project specifications, ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Job Requirements :

- 9-15 years' experience in a similar role within the engineering & construction industry.

- Solid understanding of techno-commercial principles and their application in real estate projects.

- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.

- Ability to analyze complex data sets to inform strategic decisions.
