Role Description The Regional Talent Acquisition Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area, responsible for end-to-end hiring across assigned regions and business units. This role includes partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, defining role requirements, and designing sourcing strategies for frontline, corporate, and leadership positions.

The specialist will manage the recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, selection, and offer negotiation, while ensuring a consistent,



positive candidate experience. Day-to-day responsibilities also involve maintaining recruitment metrics, leveraging HR systems and data to improve hiring efficiency, coordinating with external partners or agencies as needed, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and local labor regulations. The role contributes to employer branding initiatives, talent pipelines, and process improvements aligned with Jubilant FoodWorks’ growth and people-first culture.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer management.
- Experience with regional hiring for high-volume frontline roles and corporate positions in fast-paced, multi-location organizations.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HRIS tools, and recruitment analytics to track and improve hiring performance.
- Skills in stakeholder management, including partnering with hiring managers, aligning on role profiles, and managing expectations.
- Ability to build and maintain candidate pipelines, network across talent markets, and leverage social media and professional platforms for hiring.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on candidate experience and cultural fit.
- Knowledge of relevant employment laws, diversity and inclusion best practices, and ethical hiring standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field; MBA or equivalent specialization in HR is
