Job Title: Regional sales Manager (Industrial B2b)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Area Manager with proven experience in B2B sales of Industrial Sales & Industrial B2B. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through direct industry visits and building strong relationships with key decision-makers such as HR Heads, Sales Heads, and Directors.

Qualification & Experience

Graduate or Post Graduate in any discipline engineering background will be an added advantage.

- 2-8 years of relevant experience in B2B sales.
- Prior experience in selling industrial item, MRO item & Industrial B2B is mandatory.

· Solid knowledge of industrial Sales and their applications. · Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.





· Ability to interact confidently with senior-level stakeholders and decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities through direct visits to industries and manufacturing units.
- Generate leads by meeting Plant Heads, Procurement Teams, and Company Directors..
- Team handle & Develop a strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product solutions.
- Prepare and deliver product presentations, quotations, and proposals to clients.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close sales deals in line with company policies.

Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth. Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
