Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Manager to drive sales and expand market presence for milk and milk products across Maharashtra. The role focuses on distribution expansion, volume growth, and strong execution.

NDrive sales targets and revenue growth across the region

NManage and expand distributor & dealer network

NEnsure product availability, visibility, and placement in the market

NTrack market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights

NLead, train, and manage the regional sales team

NExecute sales strategies and promotional campaigns effectively

NBuild solid relationships with distributors, retailers & partners

NCoordinate with supply chain for smooth product flow

NKey Requirements

n15-18 years of experience in FMCG sales (with min 3-4 yrs exp in Dairy)

NStrong exposure to Retailmarket

NIn-depth knowledge of Maharashtra market

NProven track record of achieving sales targets

NExperience in managing large teams & distributor networks

NStrong leadership, negotiation & communication skills

NExperience in perishable goods / cold chain management
