Key Responsibilities

- Lead, motivate, and manage the regional solar sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

- Develop and implement regional sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.

- Recruit, train, and monitor the performance of Sales Executives and Channel Partners.

- Conduct regular field visits with the sales team to support customer meetings and project closures.

- Build and maintain robust relationships with key customers, dealers, builders, consultants, and business partners.

- Review daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and provide guidance for target achievement.

- Ensure accurate sales forecasting and pipeline management.

- Coordinate with the Projects, Operations, Documentation, and Service teams for smooth project execution.

- Resolve customer escalations and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and pricing to develop effective sales strategies.

- Prepare and submit regional sales reports, MIS, and performance analysis to management.
