Role & responsibilities

Job Purpose:

Leading the Textile Processing Sales team in achieving the planned Revenue growth for the assigned products in Jammu, Punjab, Haryana, Delhi NCR, Rajasthan, and Himachal.

Primary Tasks & Activities:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue, profitability, and market share targets.
- Build, expand, and manage a strong distributor network across the assigned territory.
- Develop new business while strengthening relationships with key textile processing customers and corporate accounts.
- Lead, mentor, and monitor a team of 34 Sales Executives/Managers to achieve business objectives.
- Drive product trials, technical presentations, and commercial negotiations to convert opportunities into business.
- Identify market opportunities through competitor analysis and industry trends, and recommend growth strategies.
- Review sales performance, forecasts, MIS, and receivables to ensure operational excellence.
- Represent the company at customer meetings, industry events,



and trade exhibitions to enhance brand presence and business growth.

Qualifications & Experience

- B.SC/M.Sc. in Textile Chemistry, Textile Technology or Chemical Engineering.
- MBA (Marketing) preferred.
- 14 to 16 years of technical sales experience in the chemical industry.
- Experience of working in the specialty chemicals industry will be an advantage.

Skills & Knowledge 1. Functional Skills

- Experience of selling to Corporates (B2B Sales).
- Proven experience in building and managing distributor networks in the textile chemicals industry.
- Strong exposure to B2B sales with textile processing houses, dyeing units and textile manufacturers.
- Experience in launching new products and expanding markets.
- Solid understanding of textile wet processing chemicals and applications.

2. Computer Skills

- Must be proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and E-Mail (Office or Gmail).
- Ability to work on Tally would be preferred.
