Sharief Bhai is looking for a Regional Manager to own store-level P&L;, operations, and people leadership across our Tier-2 South cluster — including Coimbatore, Palakkad, Manipal, and surrounding markets. This role is central to Sharief Bhai's push to become a Top-3 brand in its core markets, and offers direct ownership over revenue, cost, quality, and team performance for 6–10 stores.

Role Overview The Regional Manager will be the single point of accountability for a cluster of 6–10 Sharief Bhai stores in Tier-2 South cities. This is a high-ownership, on-ground role combining P&L; management, store operations, people leadership, and quality/compliance oversight. The role reports to the GM – Operations and requires frequent travel across the assigned cluster.

Key Responsibilities

P&L; & Revenue (Primary Focus)

· Own store-level P&L; across the assigned cluster — revenue, food cost, labour cost, and controllable expenses

· Drive top-line growth through online (aggregator) and offline/dine-in channels; track AOV, order volume, and discounting

· Monitor cost levers (food cost %, wastage, utilities, manpower cost) and drive corrective action on deviations

· Deliver monthly business reviews with transparent performance narratives and action plans for underperforming stores

Team Management

Manage and develop a team of Restaurant Managers, and front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) staff

Drive hiring, training, and performance management across the cluster in line with company SOPs

Build a strong bench of Restaurant Managers and reduce frontline attrition

Store Operations, Maintenance & Quality





Ensure stores are audit-ready at all times; own corrective action plans for quality/food-safety audit scores

Coordinate store maintenance (equipment, infrastructure, licensing) with central maintenance and procurement teams

Ensure consistent adherence to SOPs across hygiene, service, and product quality

Travel & On-Ground Presence

Conduct regular store visits across the cluster (Coimbatore, Palakkad, Manipal, and other Tier-2 South markets)

Represent store-level ground realities in reviews with central ops, QA, and procurement teams

What We're Looking For

5–8 years of experience in restaurant/QSR/retail operations, including 2+ years managing multiple units or teams

Strong P&L; orientation — comfortable owning revenue and cost numbers, not just operational metrics

Proven people-management experience across store-level teams (Restaurant Managers, FOH, BOH)

Willingness and ability to travel frequently within the assigned region

Working knowledge of food safety/quality audit processes and store maintenance coordination

Data-driven approach — comfortable reading store dashboards, audit reports, and P&L; statements

Fluency in English and working proficiency in regional languages relevant to the cluster (Tamil/Malayalam/Kannada) preferred

Success Metrics

Store-level revenue growth and cost (food & labour) as % of revenue vs. target

Quality/food-safety audit scores across cluster stores (target: consistently above 80%)

Team attrition and Restaurant Manager bench strength

Store uptime/serviceability and resolution TAT on maintenance issues
