Role Summary

This role delivers financial and product-specific training for all business units. Youll simplify complex financial concepts, ensure regulatory accuracy, and build strong product expertise across the region.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct product and financial training sessions across regional teams.
- Deliver standardized modules with 100% accuracy and compliance.
- Execute pre- and post-assessments to measure knowledge gain.
- Analyze knowledge gaps and partner with Operations/Audit teams to reduce errors.
- Localize examples & case studies as per region without altering core content.
- Maintain training documentation and assessment records.

Qualifications & Expectations
- Graduate in Finance/Commerce/Business.
- Solid command over financial markets, products,



and regulatory frameworks.
- Ability to simplify complex financial concepts into easy, practical learning.
- Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills to identify knowledge gaps and recommend solutions.
- High ownership, attention to detail, and commitment to training accuracy.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Operations, Support and Business Heads.
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience in using any LMS platform will be an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel within the region as needed.
