We're looking for an experienced Deputy Regional Manager to lead regional agency operations, drive business growth, and mentor high-performing sales teams.

Location: Srinagar (J&K;)

Preference: We are looking for local candidates currently based in Jammu & Kashmir only.

What you'll do

Drive regional agency sales and achieve business targets

Lead, coach, and develop Area Managers and sales teams

Recruit and build high-performing agency teams

Improve business quality, policy renewals, and customer experience

Monitor branch performance and implement growth strategies

Requirements

15+ years of experience in the Life Insurance industry

Minimum 9+ years in a leadership/people management role

Solid experience in the Agency Channel

Graduate (MBA preferred)

Excellent leadership, business development, and team management skills
