Position: Regional Manager – Retail Banking

Location: Tri-City (Chandigarh, Mohali & Panchkula)

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Regional Manager to lead and oversee the Retail Banking business across the Tri-City region for a leading private sector bank. The incumbent will be responsible for driving business growth, ensuring operational excellence, and managing the overall performance of all branches within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and oversee the performance of all retail bank branches across the Tri-City region.
- Drive business growth across liabilities, assets, wealth, and third-party product portfolios.
- Lead, mentor, and develop Branch Managers and regional leadership teams.
- Ensure achievement of business targets, customer service excellence, and regulatory compliance.
- Monitor branch productivity, profitability, and operational efficiency.
- Develop and execute regional business strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
- Build strong relationships with key customers,



local stakeholders, and business partners.

Candidate Profile
- Minimum 15 years of experience in Retail Banking with a reputed private or leading commercial bank.
- Proven experience in managing a regional banking network or a similar multi-branch leadership role.
- Must have previously managed the Tri-City territory (Chandigarh, Mohali & Panchkula) or possess extensive knowledge of the region's banking market.
- Robust leadership, team management, and business development capabilities.
- Demonstrated track record of consistently achieving business and profitability targets.
- Excellent stakeholder management, strategic planning, and decision-making skills.

Preferred Background
- Experience with leading private sector banks.
- Strong understanding of the local market, customer demographics, and competitive landscape within the Tri-City region.
