- Identify and develop current franchise opportunities in the assigned region.

- Lead end-to-end franchise expansion activities, from prospecting to onboarding.

- Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals and potential franchise partners.

- Conduct impactful business presentations and lead strategic meetings with prospective investors.

- Achieve regional franchise growth targets as an individual contributor.

What We're Looking Forn N




- Minimum 2+ years of experience in franchise expansion or business development.

- Prior experience in thepreschool or education franchise industry is highly preferred.
N
- Proven ability to engage with high-net-worth individuals and build lasting business relationships.
N
- Strong business presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
N
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working as an Individual Contributor (IC).
