Qualification: Graduate

Key Responsibilities

- Drive regional sales and business development within the Polymer industry.
- Manage dealer/distributor network and key customer relationships.
- Achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
- Lead and mentor the regional sales team.
- Identify new business opportunities and monitor market trends.

Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 3–7 years of experience in the Polymer industry.
- Robust experience in B2B sales, channel management, and team handling.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,300,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
