Regional Head – Retail Branch Broking

We are hiring an experienced Regional Head – Retail Branch Broking to lead and drive business growth across the assigned region. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in the stock broking industry with proven expertise in branch management, team leadership, client acquisition, and revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive overall business growth and profitability for the assigned region.
- Lead, mentor, and manage Branch Managers, Dealers, and Sales teams to achieve business targets.
- Build and maintain solid client relationships while driving new client acquisition and AUM growth.
- Monitor branch performance, dealer productivity, and ensure achievement of revenue and profitability goals.
- Drive cross-selling of investment and wealth management products.
- Manage branch operations, compliance, risk management, and P&L; responsibility.
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to maximize market share and business expansion.




- Ensure high standards of customer service and regulatory compliance.

Key Requirements:

- Strong experience in the Retail Broking / Stock Broking industry is mandatory.
- Proven experience in managing multiple branches and large sales teams.
- Ability to bring an existing team (approximately 3 Branch Managers and 15 Dealers) will be a strong advantage.
- Strong active client base with a demonstrated track record of revenue generation.
- Hands-on experience in branch operations, dealer productivity, cross-selling, and P&L; management.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and business development skills.
- Candidates from pure Banking, Insurance, or Channel Sales backgrounds will not be considered.

Experience: 10–18 Years

Qualification:

Any Graduate (MBA/PGDM preferred)
