Insolation Green Energy Private Limited (INA Solar) is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Regional Head – Sales & Business Development to lead our business growth and strengthen our market presence across Karnataka.

? Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute regional sales & business development strategies for Karnataka.
- Drive revenue growth, market expansion and achievement of regional sales targets.

• Develop and manage strong relationships with EPCs, channel partners, distributors, dealers, developers and key customers .

- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer and partner network.
- Lead negotiations, commercial discussions and closure of key business opportunities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.
- Build, manage and mentor the regional sales team to achieve business objectives.




- Own regional sales performance, pipeline development and forecasting.
- Work closely with internal teams including Operations, Projects, Finance and Supply Chain to ensure smooth execution and customer satisfaction.
- Represent the company at industry forums, customer meetings and business events.

? What We’re Looking For
- 10+ years of experience in Sales & Business Development, preferably in the Solar / Renewable Energy / Power / Electrical industry .
- Strong understanding of the Karnataka solar market and regional customer ecosystem.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business.
- Robust network among EPCs, distributors, dealers, developers and institutional customers .
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication and relationship-management skills.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to drive revenue and profitability.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Karnataka.
