We are expanding rapidly across India and are looking for a dynamic Regional Manager to lead our growth in Karnataka and neighboring territories.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Regional Manager with a strong background in dental implant sales and excellent relationships with implantologists, prosthodontists, oral surgeons, and general dentists. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing a regional team, developing key accounts, organizing clinical education programs, and ensuring timely collections.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development

- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to increase market share.
- Identify and acquire new implantologists and dental clinics.
- Strengthen relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), oral surgeons, prosthodontists, and general dentists.
- Promote ICX implant systems, prosthetic solutions, and digital workflow products.

Team Management
- Recruit, train, mentor, and manage Area Sales Managers and Sales Executives.
- Conduct regular field visits and joint customer calls.
- Monitor individual performance and ensure achievement of KPIs.




- Provide coaching on clinical product presentations and objection handling.

Clinical & Marketing Activities
- Plan and organize hands-on workshops, seminars, live surgeries, and Continuing Dental Education (CDE) programs in collaboration with the marketing team.
- Build long-term partnerships with dental colleges, hospitals, and implant training centers.
- Represent ICX at conferences, exhibitions, and professional events.

Key Account Management
- Manage premium dental clinics, corporate dental chains, hospitals, and institutional customers.
- Negotiate commercial agreements while maintaining company profitability.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and after-sales support.

Collection & Operations
- Ensure timely payment collection from customers.
- Coordinate with logistics and customer support for smooth order execution.
- Monitor inventory requirements within the region.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales forecasts and reports.

Candidate ProfilePreferred Experience
- 5–10+ years of experience in dental implant sales.
- Candidates currently working with dental implant companies such as Straumann, Nobel Biocare, Osstem, Dentium, Zimmer Biomet, Dentsply Sirona, NeoBiotech, Adin, Hi-Tec, Genesis,



Equinox, or similar will be preferred.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets.

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Dentistry, or related field.
- MBA (Sales/Marketing) will be an added advantage.

Required Skills
- Strong network with implantologists and dental specialists.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Leadership and team management abilities.
- Strong business development and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in conducting clinical programs and doctor engagement activities.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.

- Bangalore (Headquarters)
- Responsible for Karnataka and nearby assigned territories.
