? Hiring: Regional Business Head
? Location: Bangalore
We are looking for an experienced Regional Business Head to drive B2B sales and business development for laser cutting machines and industrial machinery. The ideal candidate should have robust technical sales experience and a proven track record in customer acquisition.
Experience
- 3–7+ years in Industrial/Technical Sales
- Mandatory: 2+ years of experience in Laser Cutting Technology/Sheet metal Technology
- Mandatory: Experience in B2B Sales of Laser Cutting Machines/Sheet metal Technology
Role & Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify high-quality B2B leads
- Meet and engage potential customers to convert leads into sales
- Regular travel within the region for business development
- Follow up consistently on leads, meetings, and proposals
- Secure new orders and renew existing contracts
- Must own a two-wheeler or four-wheeler (expenses reimbursed by the company)
Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in Engineering
- MBA/BBM preferred
Work Schedule
- ? Bangalore
- ?️ 6-day work week
- ? Own two-wheeler/four-wheeler required (travel expenses reimbursed)
