We are looking for a dynamic

Recruitment Specialist (Individual Contributor)

to support the hiring needs of our rapidly growing

New Projects Vertical

. The ideal candidate should have experience in aggressive, high-volume hiring within rapid-paced organizations, with a strong ability to independently manage recruitment mandates and deliver against ambitious hiring targets. Prior experience in sales hiring will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for volume and niche hiring across multiple business functions.

- Execute hiring strategies to support aggressive business growth and project expansion.

- Drive high-volume recruitment through walk-in drives, virtual hiring events, job fairs, referral campaigns, and other sourcing initiatives.

- Source, screen, interview, and coordinate candidates while ensuring an excellent candidate experience.





- Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and deliver timely closures.

- Maintain talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles through proactive sourcing and market mapping.

- Track recruitment metrics, maintain hiring dashboards, and provide regular recruitment updates to stakeholders.

- Continuously improve hiring processes, sourcing channels, and recruitment efficiency.
