Role Description The Recruitment Specialist will manage end-to-end recruitment activities for various technical and non-technical roles within the company on a full-time basis. This on-site position, based in Udaipur, involves sourcing candidates through multiple channels, screening applications, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers to meet staffing needs.

The role includes organizing and supporting onboarding and training processes, maintaining candidate records,



and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Specialist will collaborate closely with internal teams to understand role requirements, contribute to employer branding initiatives, and support continuous improvement of recruitment processes and practices.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong recruiting and hiring skills, with experience managing end-to-end recruitment cycles.
- Candidates should possess effective interviewing and communication skills for engaging with candidates and hiring managers.
- Candidates should possess training and onboarding skills to support new team members and facilitate smooth integration.
- Relevant experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Talent Acquisition professional, or HR executive in a technical or project-based setting is preferred.
- Knowledge of recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems, and basic HR practices is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Udaipur, manage multiple requisitions, and meet timelines with attention to detail.
