Role Description The Recruitment Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata, responsible for leading end-to-end hiring activities for various business units within Kotak Mahindra Group. This role includes partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements, creating and posting job descriptions, sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and managing offer and onboarding processes.

The Recruitment

Manager will track recruitment metrics, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations. The role also involves building talent pipelines, enhancing the candidate experience, collaborating with HR and business stakeholders,



and supporting employer branding initiatives to attract diverse, high-quality talent.

Qualifications

- Experience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding in a corporate or financial services environment.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers, HR business partners, and leadership.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment platforms, and basic HR analytics or reporting tools.
- Ability to design and improve recruitment processes, talent pipelines, and candidate engagement strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a focus on maintaining a positive candidate experience.
- Robust organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Knowledge of relevant labor laws, hiring compliance standards, and best practices in diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field; advanced HR certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience as a Recruitment Manager or in senior talent acquisition roles, preferably within large or multi-business organizations.
