Key Responsibilities:

- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage end-to-end hiring process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and recommending candidates.

- Candidate Sourcing: Use platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and social media to find potential candidates.

- Screening & Interviews: Conduct phone and in-person interviews, evaluating qualifications and cultural fit.

- Hiring Manager Coordination: Work with department heads to align recruitment with business needs.

- Job Postings: Create and post job ads to attract qualified candidates.

- Database Management: Maintain an updated candidate database.

- On boarding Support: Assist with new hire on boarding,



including scheduling interviews and preparing offer letters.

- Employer Branding: Enhance the company’s brand by providing a positive candidate experience.

- Reporting: Track and report recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire).

Skills & Qualifications:

- Experience: 1-2 years in HR recruitment or similar role.

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred.

- Communication: Strong verbal and written skills.

- Organization: Ability to handle multiple requisitions and meet deadlines.

- Tools: Experience with ATS and recruitment tools is a plus.

- Interpersonal: Excellent relationship-building skills.

- Attention to Detail: Ability to assess candidates thoroughly.
