We are seeking a dynamic and target-oriented Recruitment Consultant to manage overseas recruitment requirements for clients across countries such as the UK, Ireland, Europe, GCC, Canada, and Australia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating candidates while ensuring a smooth recruitment process from initial contact to deployment.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, databases, and networking.

- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic and virtual interviews.

- Assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and suitability for overseas job opportunities.

- Coordinate interviews between candidates and international employers.





- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

- Prepare and maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.

- Ensure all candidate documents are complete and accurate before submission.

- Coordinate with the visa processing team and documentation department for successful deployment.

- Build and maintain solid relationships with clients and candidates.

- Meet assigned recruitment targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

- Stay updated on overseas job market trends and client hiring requirements.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and international recruitment standards.
