Primary Objective Design and develop automotive systems and components using CATIA V5 with focus on Vehicle Integration, Chassis, Suspension and Powertrain Packaging

Develop should-cost models, drive value engineering and cost reduction initiatives through data-driven analysis

Lead automotive engineering projects, manage delivery, customer engagement, resources, risks and project execution

Key Responsibilities

- Part Modeling, Assembly & Detailing using CATIA V5
- Develop and maintain Should Cost Models
- Lead a team of 10–12 engineers for project delivery
- Vehicle Integration and Packaging Studies
- Analyze cost drivers and identify cost reduction opportunities
- Define project plans, schedules and milestones
- Master Sections and Concept Development
- Supplier cost evaluation and negotiations
- Drive project health monitoring and governance
- Engineering Drawing Interpretation and GD&T; Application
- Manufacturing and material cost analysis
- Manage stakeholder and customer expectations
- Chassis, Suspension and Powertrain Packaging Design
- Market benchmarking and competitive analysis
- Conduct WSR/MSR reviews and customer meetings




- Manufacturing Feasibility and Tooling Support
- Support sourcing and new product development activities
- Perform risk, issue and change management
- Interface Management and Design Release Activities
- Collaborate with procurement, engineering, manufacturing and finance teams
- Conduct Scrum ceremonies including Huddle, Retrospective and Reviews
- Compliance with Homologation and Regulatory Standards
- Resource planning, utilization and performance management
