Role Description

We are looking for people with understanding of talent search industry in India and/ or overseas. The person will be responsible for developing and executing strategic business plans, leading client's onboarding efforts, managing key accounts and monetise the accounts as per the potential. The role includes conducting market analysis, identifying growth opportunities, and building relationships with new and existing clients.

Prior Experience and understanding of any recruitment related business (talent search, job boards or any other HR solutions) will be an ad on.

This is a revenue sharing opportunity (upto 50% of the revenue generated on every closure)
