Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiting Intern, based in Noida. The Recruiting Intern will be responsible for assisting with the hiring process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. Day-to-day tasks include conducting initial interviews, supporting the onboarding process, and providing training support to new recruits. The role also involves maintaining accurate records of recruitment activities and reporting on progress.

- Skills in Hiring, Recruiting, and Interviewing
- Strong Communication skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team workplace
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is desirable
