Prohire Consulting is looking for an experienced and passionate Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team.

We are a boutique recruitment consulting firm specializing in Automotive, Manufacturing, Engineering and other industrial sectors, with a strong focus on mid-management and leadership hiring.

Role & responsibilities

Job Profile

- Handle end-to-end recruitment assignments.
- Understand client requirements and identify suitable talent.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, databases, references and networking.
- Screen and evaluate candidates.
- Conduct initial candidate discussions.
- Present shortlisted candidates to clients.
- Coordinate interviews and obtain feedback.
- Manage candidate engagement, offer negotiation and joining follow-up.
- Develop talent pools and competitor talent maps.
- Support Automotive, Manufacturing and Engineering hiring mandates.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely reporting.
- Build long-term relationships with candidates and professionals.

Preferred candidate profile

- Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience.
- Experience in Recruitment Consultancy / Executive Search / Staffing / Corporate Talent Acquisition preferred.




- Solid verbal and written communication skills.
- Good candidate sourcing and screening capability.
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to understand technical/functional requirements.
- Comfortable speaking with mid- and senior-level professionals.
- Good knowledge of LinkedIn, Naukri and other sourcing platforms.
- Ability to work independently in a Work-From-Home environment.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and online communication tools.

An added advantage if you have:

- Automotive / Manufacturing / Engineering recruitment experience.
- Experience in Executive Search.
- Experience handling niche or leadership mandates.
- Experience in talent mapping or competitor mapping.
- Recruitment consultancy background.
