Responsibilities:

- Leverage LinkedIn and other job portals to source, build pipelines, and attract top-tier tech talent - engineering, product, design, and other important,



impactful roles in non-tech.
- Coordinate all aspects of the recruiting process, including evaluating active candidate resumes and scheduling interviews.
- Manage applicants as they move through the applicant tracking system
- Ensure best-in-class candidate experience and maintain contact post-interview.

Qualifications:

- Full-time Bachelor's Degree in any field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
