Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Recruiter role based in Nerul NaviMumbai. The Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating further interview rounds with client hiring teams.

The role involves building and maintaining talent pipelines for multiple domains, focusing on immediate joiners and meeting time-bound hiring targets. The Recruiter will liaise regularly with clients to understand role requirements, update them on hiring progress,



and refine search strategies to deliver tailored solutions. Daily responsibilities also include maintaining accurate candidate records, ensuring a positive candidate experience, and adhering to the company’s standards of confidentiality, ethics, and professionalism.

Qualifications

- Ability to perform end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating candidate onboarding.
- Strong skills in stakeholder management, with experience in understanding client requirements and providing customized hiring solutions.
- Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms (job boards, social media, professional networks, ATS) to build and manage talent pipelines.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for engaging candidates and collaborating with client hiring managers.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple mandates, prioritize urgent roles, and meet strict deadlines.
- Ability to recruit across diverse domains such as accounting, technology, customer service, sales, life sciences, and HR functions.
- Commitment to ethical practices, confidentiality, and skilled conduct in all candidate and client interactions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in recruitment.
- Prior experience in an agency or consulting recruitment environment, especially with middle-level and high-volume hiring, is an advantage.
