Roles and Responsibilities :
- Source and attract top talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Conduct initial screening of resumes, cover letters, and other application materials to identify potential candidates.
- Manage the entire recruitment process from posting job openings to making offers.
Job Requirements :
- 1-8 years of experience in human resource recruiting or related field.
- The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for daily tasks such as screening resumes, scheduling and conducting interviews, and recruiting.
- Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with hiring managers and candidates.
