We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Recruiter to join our Human Resources team and help us attract, identify, and hire top talent across technical and corporate functions.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
- Create and publish job postings on LinkedIn, job portals, and social media platforms.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, employee referrals, and networking.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/video interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth interview process.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring cycle.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Negotiate salary offers and coordinate offer rollouts.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience and maintain employer branding.
- Maintain recruitment databases and generate hiring reports.
- Stay updated on market trends, hiring strategies,



and recruitment best practices.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Experience hiring for any technical roles.
- Understanding of recruitment techniques and sourcing strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, and MS Office.
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously and meet hiring deadlines.
