About the Role

Synapmed is looking for a passionate and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with experience hiring across Clinical Research Organizations (CROs), Healthcare, Life Sciences, Product Engineering, and Technology functions.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, partnering closely with hiring managers and business leaders to attract, engage, and hire top talent. You will play a key role in building high-performing teams that support Synapmed's growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from requirement gathering to offer rollout and onboarding coordination.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, referrals, networking, and direct sourcing.
- Conduct resume screening, initial candidate assessments, and interview coordination.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Drive candidate engagement and ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Manage offer discussions, salary negotiations, and candidate closures.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and updates within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Track recruitment metrics including Time-to-Hire, Time-to-Fill, Source Effectiveness, and Offer Acceptance Rate.
- Stay updated with market trends, talent availability,



and recruitment best practices.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of Talent Acquisition or Recruitment experience.
- Prior experience hiring for CROs, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Healthcare Technology, or related industries.
- Experience recruiting for Product, Engineering, Technology, and Corporate roles.
- Strong sourcing, market mapping, and headhunting skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
