Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented Recruiter to manage the complete recruitment lifecycle across multiple functions and industries. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, managing client and candidate relationships, and ensuring timely closures while delivering an exceptional hiring experience.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to candidate onboarding.

Understand job requirements and prepare effective sourcing strategies.

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, networking, and internal databases.

Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.

Present shortlisted candidates to hiring managers/clients with detailed candidate evaluations.

Schedule and coordinate interviews, follow up on feedback, and ensure timely closures.

Manage salary negotiations, offer rollouts,



and joining formalities.

Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.

Client Management

Coordinate with clients to understand hiring requirements and expectations.

Provide regular hiring updates, market intelligence, and recruitment progress reports.

Ensure timely feedback and maintain strong client relationships.

Recruitment Operations

Maintain an updated candidate database and Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Track recruitment metrics such as submissions, interviews, offers, joinings, and closures.

Ensure complete recruitment documentation and process compliance.

Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

1–4 years of experience in recruitment (agency or corporate hiring).

Experience hiring across IT, Non-IT, Engineering, Healthcare, Finance, or Sales roles is preferred.

Immediate joiners preferred. Open to regular as well as PWD candidates
