Job Title: Recruitment Executive

Department: Human Resources / Talent Acquisition

Employment Type: Full-time

Experience: 2-6 years in Recruitment consulting or Executive search (preferred)

Location: Kandivli East, Lokhandwala

Work Mode: Hybrid- 3 days WFO & 3 days WFH

Reporting To: Founder

Preference: Candidates residing in the Western suburbs for convenient commuting.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer rollout and onboarding
- Source candidates through Naukri Resdex & Booleen search, LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, job portals, social media, and professional networking
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates for mid, senior, and leadership-level positions
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline across roles
- Coordinate closely with clients and hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and provide regular recruitment updates
- Negotiate offers, manage candidate engagement,



and ensure an excellent candidate experience
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and generate recruitment reports and MIS
- Consistently achieve hiring targets while maintaining quality and turnaround time.
- Business development through LinkedIn, cold calls, mails etc.
- Manage company and founder's social media accounts

Desired Skills:

- Strong experience in End-to-End Recruitment and Executive Search.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri Resdex, ATS platforms, Linkedin & sourcing passive hires
- Excellent sourcing, screening, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills.
- Robust communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Good analytical skills with the ability to track recruitment metrics and optimise hiring performance.
- Please note, this would be a 6 day working, with 3 days WFO (Kandivili East) & 3 days WFH
- This role would have multiple responsibilities like social media management of the firm & business development
