HR Recruiter with strong experience in end-to-end recruitment for the Engineering & Construction industry, handling the complete hiring lifecycle from manpower planning and sourcing to onboarding and joining formalities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Engineering, Construction, MEP, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, QA/QC, Planning, Contracts, Procurement, HSE, Project Management and support functions.

- Understand project manpower requirements and prepare Job Descriptions (JDs) based on technical and functional requirements.

- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, consultants, databases and direct sourcing.

- Conduct headhunting and targeted talent mapping for niche, managerial and critical positions.

- Identify and approach passive candidates through LinkedIn and other professional networks.

- Screen CVs and conduct initial HR interviews to assess technical relevance, experience, stability, compensation and availability.

- Coordinate technical and managerial interviews with Project Managers,



Functional Heads and Management.

- Manage candidate engagement, follow-ups and offer-to-joining conversion.

- Handle salary negotiation, CTC structuring, offer release and counter-offer management.

- Coordinate documentation, background verification, medical examination, visa/work permit and travel formalities for overseas/project-based requirements.

- Maintain recruitment trackers and monitor TAT, ageing positions, source effectiveness and recruitment metrics.

- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for critical and recurring Engineering & Construction positions.

- Work closely with Project, Engineering, HR and Business teams to ensure timely closure of manpower requirements.

- Conduct market mapping and competitor talent research to identify and attract suitable professionals.

- Support joining formalities, onboarding and recruitment MIS.
