What You’ll Do

● Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media.

● Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate discussions.

● Coordinate interviews and manage candidate follow-ups.

● Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines.

● Understand client requirements and deliver quality candidates on time.

● Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.

● Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.





What We’re Looking For

● Recruitment/staffing experience preferred.

● Freshers with strong English communication skills are welcome.

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

● Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.

● Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

● Familiarity with LinkedIn, job portals, and MS Office is an advantage.
