Role Description The Recruiter will manage end-to-end hiring activities to support Skylark Group’s expanding operations in Whole India. This full time, on-site role includes partnering with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, drafting job descriptions, sourcing candidates through multiple channels, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews.

The Recruiter will coordinate interview schedules, support selection decisions, and oversee offer management and onboarding processes. Daily responsibilities also involve maintaining candidate databases, tracking recruitment metrics,



and ensuring a positive, inclusive candidate experience. The role collaborates closely with HR and operations teams to align workforce planning with business goals and to uphold company policies and compliance standards.

Qualifications

- Experience in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and HR colleagues.
- Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms (e.g., job boards, social media, applicant tracking systems).
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage candidates professionally and transparently.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, including handling multiple requisitions and deadlines.
- Understanding of HR best practices, local labor regulations, and fair, non-discriminatory hiring processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience recruiting for manufacturing, agriculture, or poultry industry roles is an advantage.
- Ability to work in office in Jind and visit operational facilities as needed.
