Job Summary

We are looking for a US Recruiter with 1–3+ years of experience in the US staffing industry, specifically supporting Medical Device and Pharmaceutical/Life Sciences clients .

The ideal candidate should have experience working on the vendor/staffing side , strong exposure to W2 hiring , and hands-on experience managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle , from sourcing and screening through offer and onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete end-to-end US recruitment lifecycle , including sourcing, screening, submission, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Recruit primarily for Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, Biotech, and Life Sciences positions.
- Work extensively on W2 hiring requirements .
- Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, internal databases, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
- Screen candidates based on technical expertise, industry experience, communication skills, work authorization, availability, location, and compensation expectations.
- Work closely with Account Managers and delivery teams to understand client requirements and hiring priorities.
- Maintain regular candidate follow-ups throughout the interview and onboarding process.
- Build and maintain pipelines of qualified candidates for current and upcoming requirements.




- Maintain accurate candidate information and recruitment activity in ATS/VMS platforms.

Required Experience
- 1–3+ years of US recruitment experience.
- Hands-on experience working in a staffing/vendor environment .
- Solid experience with W2 recruitment .
- Proven experience handling end-to-end recruitment .
- Recruitment experience supporting Medical Device and Pharmaceutical/Life Sciences clients is required .
- Good understanding of technical and regulated-industry requirements.

Preferred Recruitment Experience Candidates should have experience recruiting for roles such as:

- Validation Engineer / CSV Engineer

- Supplier Quality Engineer

- Automation / Controls Engineer

- R&D; / Product Development
- Clinical / Laboratory roles
- Manufacturing and Operations
- Software / Firmware Engineers within Medical Devices
- Engineering and Quality positions within GxP-regulated environments

Industry Knowledge Good understanding or exposure to regulated environments and terminology such as FDA, GxP/GMP, ISO 13485, 21 CFR Part 11, 21 CFR 820, CAPA, Validation, Quality Systems, and Medical Device/Pharmaceutical manufacturing is preferred.
