About The Role We are seeking an experienced Semiconductor Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. This full-time, remote or hybrid position offers an exciting opportunity to work within a dynamic environment focused on the semiconductor and electronics sectors. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of semiconductor engineering roles and possess the skills necessary to identify and attract highly skilled professionals.

Your primary responsibility will be to manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring our clients receive top-quality talent to support their technical projects and growth initiatives. The role requires a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a rapid-paced setting.

Qualifications The ideal candidate should have at least three years of experience in technical recruiting, with a preference for candidates with specific semiconductor recruiting expertise. A strong understanding of industry terminology,



engineering roles, and the semiconductor development lifecycle is essential. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in sourcing niche technical talent, utilizing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and candidate databases.

A bachelor’s degree or equivalent recruiting experience is preferred. Excellent communication, networking, and candidate engagement skills are critical for success in this role.

Experience working with ATS/CRM systems to maintain accurate candidate information is also required.

Responsibilities Source, identify, and recruit semiconductor professionals across various technical domains, including design, verification, FPGA, VLSI, embedded systems, firmware, hardware, validation, process engineering, and more.

Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified semiconductor engineering candidates to meet current and future hiring needs.

Collaborate closely with hiring managers and clients to understand detailed technical requirements and ensure alignment throughout the recruitment process.

Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer negotiations.

Utilize various sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, specialized job boards, and professional networks to identify and engage potential candidates.

Conduct thorough initial screenings to evaluate technical skills,



project experience, and cultural fit.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within ATS/CRM systems to facilitate efficient tracking and reporting.

Develop and foster strong relationships with candidates and clients to ensure a positive recruitment experience and long-term partnerships.

Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and market conditions to advise clients and candidates effectively.
