About The Role We are seeking an experienced Semiconductor Recruiter to join our dynamic talent acquisition team. This role is pivotal in sourcing, engaging, and hiring highly skilled professionals within the semiconductor and hardware technology industry.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of semiconductor engineering roles, industry terminology, and the technical landscape. As a Semiconductor Recruiter at Triveni IT, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, building talent pipelines, and collaborating closely with hiring managers and clients to fulfill niche semiconductor hiring requirements. Your expertise will help us identify top talent in a competitive market and ensure our clients receive the best candidates to support their innovative projects and growth strategies.

Qualifications The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in technical recruiting,



with a focus or background in semiconductor or electronics industry recruitment. A strong understanding of semiconductor industry terminology, engineering roles, and development lifecycle is essential.

Proven experience in sourcing niche technical talent, utilizing sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, and managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment is required. Candidates should have excellent communication, networking, and candidate engagement skills. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent recruiting experience is preferred.

Prior experience supporting semiconductor companies, engineering firms, or technology organizations will be considered an advantage.

Responsibilities

- Source, identify, and recruit semiconductor professionals across various technical domains including design, verification, FPGA, ASIC, VLSI, embedded systems, firmware, hardware, and process engineering.
- Build and sustain a robust pipeline of qualified semiconductor engineering candidates to meet current and future hiring needs.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to understand technical requirements, role specifications, and project expectations.
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing, screening, and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Utilize platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, specialized job boards, networking events, and candidate databases to identify potential candidates.




- Conduct initial candidate assessments to evaluate technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information within ATS/CRM systems, ensuring compliance and data integrity.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with candidates and clients to foster ongoing engagement and trust.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and emerging technologies within the semiconductor sector to enhance sourcing strategies.
