About The Role We are seeking an experienced Semiconductor Recruiter to join our dynamic talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the semiconductor industry and a proven track record in sourcing and recruiting highly skilled engineering professionals. This role involves managing end-to-end recruitment processes for niche semiconductor roles, building strong relationships with both clients and candidates, and ensuring a seamless hiring experience.

The Semiconductor

Recruiter will play a pivotal role in helping our clients meet their technical staffing needs by identifying top talent in a competitive market. The position offers flexibility with remote or hybrid work arrangements and provides an excellent platform for professional growth within the high-tech recruitment space.

Qualifications The successful candidate should possess a minimum of three years of experience in technical recruiting, with a preference for those with specific experience in semiconductor recruitment. A strong understanding of semiconductor industry terminology,



engineering roles, and the development lifecycle is essential.

Candidates must demonstrate expertise in sourcing niche technical talent, particularly within electronics, hardware, embedded systems, and chip design. Excellent communication, networking, and candidate engagement skills are crucial for success. Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS/CRM systems, and other sourcing tools is required.

A bachelor’s degree or equivalent recruiting experience is preferred, along with familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing processes, verification, and development cycles.

Responsibilities

- Source, identify, and recruit semiconductor professionals across various technical domains, including design, verification, embedded systems, and hardware engineering.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and clients to understand technical requirements and develop targeted sourcing strategies.
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer negotiations.
- Utilize platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking events, and candidate databases to identify and attract top talent.
- Conduct initial candidate assessments to evaluate technical skills, experience, and project backgrounds.




- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information within ATS/CRM systems to streamline recruitment processes.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with candidates and clients, ensuring a positive experience and long-term engagement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, semiconductor market developments, and emerging talent pools to enhance sourcing strategies.
